This is my personally written nutrition plan- It is similar to a Nutritional Balancing Program, but not the same. This plan is meant to accelerate development, assist in detoxification, and remineralize the body. You may follow this plan above as a “free” diet program and it will help you greatly. However, I do recommend a consult, so as to refine the diet to you specifically and also targeted supplements are absolutely necessary.

Edit: 02/02/2017. WILD RICE should now be avoided now due to mild arsenic toxicity.

Edit: 09/20/2017. Sardines can be eaten up to three cans weekly for adults. Boneless/ skinless will have less mercury content, as toxic metals seem to gather in the bones.
