    Millennials, Snowflakes, SJWs and The Rise of Adrenal Burnout 

    In the light of the recent presidential election, the media exposed a trend within our millennial generation, especially amoung students in college campuses nation wide. 

    If you go to YouTube and seach the terms “liberal snowflake” and “swjs (social justice warrior)” you will find dozens of politically themed videos about this.

    The goal of this article is to explain the root cause of this new ‘millennial culture trend’. It’s important to remember that emotions and thoughts are largely byproducts of body chemistry, which is greatly dependent on the quality of nutrition a body has. 

    The human body has magnetic and electric properties, this fact amplifies the role of minerals (which are primarily metals) to intimately correspond to our health. This electromagnetic phenomenon is partly responsible for the expression of our personality.

    For example, iron is known as an ‘older male mineral’, but it’s not limited to old men by any means. Dr.Lawrence Wilson works closely with these mineral personality relationships and explains how a mineral toxicity, an overabundance, can have a negative effect on the personality. Therefore, the well known term’iron head’ has truth in describing people who can be more ruthlessly power hungry and more physical in nature than spiritual or etheric. This is considered older, because it’s becoming less common in the younger generations. However, we still need the mineral iron In our bodies, just in proper ratios.

    Millennials have a different problem today-most are severely depleted of important minerals and as a result are in a stage of exhaustion know as ‘adrenal fatigue’ or ‘adrenal burnout’.

    Millennials are depleted and most are born that way, because their mothers were also depleted in important minerals, so they did not have an abundance to pass down in utero.

    Another reason for continued depletion is our demanding lifestyles that create a catabolic state, which means we are burning up everything quickly and breaking down. In addition , we are living in a processed food world where replenishment is nearly impossible. This would be the equivalent of running marathons everyday, but you have insomnia/ can’t deep sleep,  so you never actually recover and rebuild at night. How clearly can you think and make decisions in that state of mind?

    Moreover, this type of situation will cause toxic chemicals and heavy metals like lead, mercury, nickle, cadmium, and bio unavailable copper to accumulate inside of the body. Because the body is in adrenal burnout, a stage of exhaustion, the detox pathways are compromised, which means the body cannot get rid of all these toxicities.

    These Millennial problems of not thinking clearly, making irrational decisions, being overly emotional, being confused about gender, and so on are effects of extremely low energy and high toxicity.

    Lead has a dulling effect on the brain, nickle is known as the suicidal thought mineral, too much copper will give a body anxiety and heightened emotions, mercury is known as the mad hatter mineral. If this is all the fuel a person has, then what can be expected of their thought processes and expression?

    All Millennials need to detox and replenish. Once a higher state of energy is recovered and correct mineral balance is established, then they will have more efficient fuel.

    This is my personally written nutrition plan- It is similar to a Nutritional Balancing Program, but not the same. This plan is meant to accelerate development, assist in detoxification, and remineralize the body. You may follow this plan above as a “free” diet program and it will help you greatly. However, I do recommend a consult, so as to refine the diet to you specifically and also targeted supplements are absolutely necessary.

    My Detoxing Journey (Pt 1) 

    I once read in a health blog, “you have to be as strong as a navy seal to do nutritional balancing” In my experience this is absolutely true. Although,  I believe you have to be just as strong to not support the body, yet continue on your path.

    The program that I am on is a variation of Nutritional Balancing as taught by Dr Lawrence Wilson. The other half of my foundation is based off the work of a Renouned local Houston nutritionist. 

    I believe that it is not only in my ability to comprehend the magnificent work of these two brilliant doctors, but in honoring my own innate brilliance on this path that I am able to pioneer a way of being for myself that establishes wholeness and hence healing.

    In the words of Bruce Lee,  “I didn’t learn it,  I found the cause of my ignorance. I cannot teach you,  only help you to explore yourself.”

    Mr. Lee was an embodiment of transcending illness, or rather,  transcending the needless and excessive structures of physical life. The structures that tell us we are incapable,  that we are lacking,  that we have to struggle to achieve,  the ones that tell us our lives are fleeting and feeble,  that give way to duality. All of these beliefs  are mazes for the mind that inevitably intrapt the spirit of a person and results in illness of the body and psychology of a person.

    While most people allow themselves to get schooled by these material world laws, Bruce said,  “Without system,  without method, what’s there to teach?” He therefore, by not subjecting himself to the structures, made himself unconquerable to them.

    It’s important to remember that we are indeed spiritual beings having a human experience.  With that in mind we don’t have to tirelessly subject ourselves to material world systems and methods, such as illness and duality. Instead,  there are far less “rules of life”. This opens us up to our whole state of being, the one that creates instead of ruthlessly adapting.

    This, I believe,  was an important lesson Mr.Lee had to help the world explore.

    There beholds the greatness of a proper nutritional program, because within it, are modalities to support detoxification.  When we begin to clean up our energies and get rid of what we don’t need anymore,  there will come a time when we have to face this reality and make a decision, perhaps a change for the better.

    There is much more to say about the significance of detoxification and how it works in conjunction with our mental, emotional, and spiritual lives.

    Suicide And Why It Happens 

    I just received news that a childhood friend of mine committed suicide last weekend. He was a genuine, caring, and brilliant man and may his soul be blessed and healed.

    “The World Health Organization estimates that each year approximately 1 million people die from suicide, that’s one death every 40 seconds. It is predicted that by 2020 the rate of death will increase to one every 20 seconds. ”

    “There is one death for every 25 suicide attempts.”

    Although, suicide may seem reserved for the hopelessly depressed, if you read my article The Mechanics Behind Depression, you will see that it is more widespread yet elusive than presumed.

    Triggers VS. Underlying Problems: Divorce, relationship issues, death of loved ones, and loneliness are typically triggers, but not quite the underlying problem.

    In the case of suicide there are many biochemical markers to identify these ill bodies.  Making it a whole body issue, rather than just a ‘mental’ problem. There is almost always a way to prevent suicide and prevent and heal depression. It requires following the correct nutrition program and making precise lifestyle changes.

    According to Dr.Lawrence Wilson, regularly associated biochemical abnormalities include metabolism malfunction, heavy metal toxicity, and brain malfunction. All of these are deep seated physiological problems in the foundation of suicidal thoughts.

    The root cause of suicidal thoughts:

    The issue of heavy metal poisoning is common in all people. Not only are they abundant in our environment, but they are passed down in utero from generation to generation. The difference of how this affects each person is the level of exposure and condition of their health.

    An excess of nickle, which is an extremely deadly heavy metal, is a consistent finding in suicidal thought cases. Nickel can be found in jewelry, guitar strings, batteries, coins, stainless steel cooking and eating utensils, tobacco, dental braces, other dental wires and metals such as for partials dentures and flippers, dental crowns, hydrogenated vegetable oils, contaminated alcoholic beverages, margarines and imitation whipped cream, commercial peanut butter, vegetable shortening, bathroom fixtures, unrefined grains and cerial, oysters, herring, and all teas especially roobios tea or red tea.

    Dr.Wilson (of drlwilson.com) refers to nickle particularly as the ‘suicidal thought mineral.’ Reducing exposure and eliminating this metal with a proper nutrition program is necessary for healing.

    Another significant factor would be the issue of low vitality and inability to detox. This is also very common with people today. It means the body is low in energy, it is like driving your car on E all the time. When our energy is low it inhibits our ability to adapt to certain situations and move through them. This relates to and impairs our liver and kidneys.

    Low vitality indicators would be regular use of coffee, sugar, carbohydrates, skipping meals, smoking weed, drinking alcohol, staying up late, negative thinking, low self-esteem, putting others down, sometimes paranoia, and listening to loud music.

    Structural damage is also common in suicidal thoughts. Sometimes the brain is misaligned within the skull, this can cause impaired thinking. Misalignment of the spine and hips is a factor as well.

    So,  you can see that a suicidal person is actually in a great deal of physical pain and the body feels almost like a prison because of these physical ailments. They are often invisible to the doctors and even the person being affected, because they don’t know what to look for.

    A proper nutrition program and precise lifestyle changes can correct these problems.
